INSTRUCTOR QUALIFICATIONS

All Hisardut® instructors are highly skilled in the art of teaching and offer students a unique opportunity to learn from qualified professionals with actual military, police or security field and combat experience. All Hisardut® instructors are required to maintain the highest standards of professionalism by staying up-to-date with all of the new fighting techniques, tactics, weapons, and training methods and the latest tactics or weapons used by criminals and terrorists.

The Hisardut® system uses a unique testing mechanism to assure proficiency and the quality of its instructors. Extremely realistic tests are applied to test the endurance, skills, intellect and character of every instructor candidates.

There are four dimensions of instructorships in the system: civilian instructor, law enforcement instructor, military instructor and government / specialist instructor. The foundation is the same but the highly specialized training methods and information are classified accordingly.

To become a Hisardut® Master Instructor one must be proficient at teaching at least two dimensions of the system and be an active instructor for at least twenty years. In addition to passing the requirement and test for the Fifth Degree this person must make a significant contribution to the system itself.
